Once we’ve reviewed your plans, we will create a draft assessment based on your project. This draft will include our initial calculations and recommendations. You’ll have a chance to check everything to ensure it aligns with your expectations.
After confirming everything with you, we’ll provide the final, signed-off SAP, SBEM, or other relevant assessments. These documents will be ready for submission to the authorities, or for use in your planning and construction processes.
Before any building works start on site, you are required to submit a Design Stage SAP Calculation to accompany any building regulations application.
Once the build is completed, you are required to provide an updated SAP calculation and EPC to receive final Final Building Control approval.
