PROJECT - CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Change Management involves implementing approved requirement changes without causing ripple effect in terms of cost, estimation, scope of work initially planned.
Scope
The requirements for scope change appear at all stages during the project life cycle. This section provides the mechanism for managing change throughout the development phases and could form the basis of long term change management process
Tracking Change
Change Request Form (CRF) will be used by ASAP to capture any change of requirements, scope of work etc and communicated to Client. Once the Change is captured through CRF, estimates should be revised and will be communicated to client for approval.
Managing Change
When CRF is received, it will be prioritized and addressed with the help of Client.
Risk reduction and mitigation are an important part of project management. We have adopted PRINCE2 as the chosen methodology for reducing risks on our projects. We follow the following easy steps to reduce and control project based risks:
Risk identification : Identify project, product and business risks
Risk analysis :Assess the likelihood and consequences of these risks
Risk planning : Draw up plans to avoid or minimize the effects of the risk
Risk monitoring : Monitor the risks throughout the project |
